Our Chairman, Mr. Sanjiiv Munjal, leads from the front, maintaining an active presence across all our projects. His personal involvement, eye for detail, and drive for excellence is reflected in every space we create. His leadership inspires the entire team — energising everyone from senior collaborators to on-ground workers.

His son, Arnav S. Munjaal, represents the third generation of the family in the construction business. Arnav brings fresh perspective, contemporary ideas, and a deep commitment to upholding the values and standards that define Munjaal. Together, they combine experience and innovation to guide every project with clarity and purpose.

They are supported by a highly qualified and experienced team of Project Managers, Civil Engineers, Architects, Supervisors, skilled Foremen, and specialised Labour across all construction disciplines. This core team is further strengthened by a proficient Finance Department and a professionally managed Purchase Department, ensuring seamless execution at every stage.
